IDR 800 BILLION BOND ISSUANCE STRENGTHENS HINO FINANCE INDONESIA’S FUNDING STRUCTURE IN 2026
Jakarta, 4 February 2026 - PT Hino Finance Indonesia (the “Company”) has issued the Hino Finance Indonesia Shelf Registration I Phase II Year 2026 with a total principal amount of IDR 800,000,000,000 (eight hundred billion Rupiah). This bond issuance forms part of the Company’s strategy to strengthen its medium- and long-term funding structure in support of sustainable business growth.
The bonds are issued in three (3) series, as follows: Series A in the amount of IDR 313,000,000,000, bearing a fixed interest rate of 4.75% with a tenor of 370 calendar days; Series B in the amount of IDR 255,000,000,000, bearing a fixed interest rate of 5.75% with a tenor of three (3) years; and Series C in the amount of IDR 232,000,000,000, bearing a fixed interest rate of 6.15% with a tenor of five (5) years. Through this issuance, the Company reaffirms its commitment to consistently providing competitive and reliable investment instruments in the Indonesian capital market.
In connection with the issuance, the Company has obtained a long-term debt rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) of AA+ (idn). This rating reflects the Company’s very strong capacity to meet its long-term financial obligations, supported by solid financial fundamentals and business prospects.
