STNK Renewal Document

The process of obtaining a vehicle registration renewal can be processed by the customer himself or assisted by HFI through the service agency designated :

VEHICLE REGISTRATION NUMBER / SURAT TANDA NOMOR KENDARAAN [STNK] RENEWAL PROCESS BY THE CUSTOMER

• The customer sent a request to HFI branch office regarding the renewal process by email/fax,
• Customers pay an admin fee of IDR 50.000 by cash to HFI branch office,
• The Reference letter sends to the customer within 3 working days after the payment is complete.*

VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL PROCESS BY HFI

• Customers sent a request to HFI branch office regarding the renewal process by email/fax,
• Customers pay an admin fee of IDR 50.000 and a vehicle-renewal fee by cash to HFI branch office,
• Extension of vehicle registration is completed within a maximum period of 7 working days, in case there are delays due to the completion of vehicle registration renewal procedure applies then the customer will get a notice of the fact that,**
• HFI releases the vehicle registration process to the customer

*Vehicle registration renewal process can be performed on assets that are not under arrears (overdue) or being withdrawn

**The process will be carried out if the costs incurred have been paid entirely to HFI
