Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Officer based in Samarinda. The Account Officer will handle customer inquiries, support clients through financial solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, assessing financing applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and providing excellent customer service while supporting company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing financial statements and finance-related data
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business and financial information
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or financial services industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with local market dynamics in Samarinda and surrounding areas
