ANNUAL RATING RESULTS OF PT HINO FINANCE INDONESIA PERIOD 2025-2026

Jakarta, 28 July 2025 - Fitch Ratings Indonesia has placed PT Hino Finance Indonesia's (HFI) National Long-Term Rating of 'AA+(idn)' on Rating Watch Evolving (RWE), from Rating Watch Negative (RWN). AA' National Long-Term Ratings denote expectations of a very low level of default risk relative to other issuers or obligations in the same country or monetary union.

Tangerang, 20 May 2026 – PT Hino Finance Indonesia (“the Company”) once again demonstrated its commitment to education and youth empowerment through its support for an upcycling program and financial literacy education for inclusive students at Sekolah Khusus Yayasan Karya Dharma Wanita (YKDW) 02 Tangerang, a school dedicated to students with hearing impairments. In collaboration with Sekolah Relawan, the Company presented an initiative that not only broadens students’ perspectives, but also equips them with the skills to transform simple things in their surroundings into something useful and valuable.

IDR 800 BILLION BOND ISSUANCE STRENGTHENS HINO FINANCE INDONESIA’S FUNDING STRUCTURE IN 2026

Jakarta, 4 February 2026 - PT Hino Finance Indonesia (the “Company”) has issued the Hino Finance Indonesia Shelf Registration I Phase II Year 2026 with a total principal amount of IDR 800,000,000,000 (eight hundred billion Rupiah). This bond issuance forms part of the Company’s strategy to strengthen its medium- and long-term funding structure in support of sustainable business growth.
